When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped from our Canadian Warehouse to the Australian Distribution centre monthly. All orders received by the end of the month with arrive at the Australia Warehouse within 3 weeks and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. Please log into your account to track your shipment from Australia
My order never arrived.
Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance at 03 5975 0266
How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of this business we do not accept returns or cancelation of orders for Layla’s costuming, except in the case of defective good. We urge you to contact our customer service office for additional options.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If you need to make any modifications to your order, we recommend reaching out to customer service immediately at sales@laylasdancecostumesaustralia.com. Orders that have already been sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping cannot be cancelled, added to, or modified.
I received the wrong product.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We offer 2 Free pick up locations.  All other orders are charged $20 flat fee.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of this business we do not accept returns or cancelation of orders for Layla’s costuming. We urge you to contact our customer service office for additional options.

  • For defective goods: After carefully inspecting the goods, if you find a defective item, request a return authorisation from the Customer Service Team. We will accept for inspection only those items which have been authorised for return. All defective returns will be inspected by our Returns Department for excessive wear, age or misuse and credit is subject to approval. Worn merchandise returned and found to be not defective but has evidence of excessive wear and tear or age will be denied credit and merchandise will be retained by Capezio unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing with the returned merchandise. Rejected items requested for return will be at the customer’s expense. Local repairs carried out on authorised items will be credited at the expense of Capezio.
  • No fault returns will not be accepted.
  • Reply paid number will be provided upon issue of return authority form, where applicable.
  • Unauthorised items will not be accepted.
  • Costuming items purchased are subject to availability and non-cancellable.
